Most of our furniture pieces are handcrafted to order. Standard delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks, while smaller home decor items are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Jones & Co ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international delivery in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and rugs?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused textiles and rugs in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to oversized area rugs.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. All Jones & Co wooden furniture is constructed using FSC-certified timber and finished with non-toxic, eco-friendly stains.
Can I request a fabric swatch before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can experience the texture and color in your own lighting before making a commitment.
